2018 Neighbour Day Grants Now available!

The Tuscany Community Association (TCA) wants to encourage everyone to engage with their neighbours in a block party, get together, or social gathering on Neighbour Day. Neighbour day was set up by the City after the floods of 2013 as a way to encourage all Calgarians to meet their neighbours and build strong neighborhoods Neighbour Day is Saturday June 16th, 2018 To learn more, and apply for a grant, click here  


Renderings for Rockford Development

The land developer for the parcel of land in the NW Corner Tuscany has released renderings for their plan. Residents who have questions are welcome and encouraged to contact Rockford Group directly to set up a personal meeting. Proposed Changes to Secondary Suite Applications Important DEADLINES * March 5 12:00 noon – submission deadline for a letter, public opinion poll or other communication concerning these bylaw amendments (to be sent to:PublicSubmissions@calgary.ca) * March 12 commencing at 9:30 a.m. – public hearing in Council Chambers on these bylaw amendments Background Details: Several key changes are coming to the application and management of secondary suites in Calgary. Although the City of Calgary has sent notification letters in early February to all impacted residents, we wanted to provide you with some information to clarify the coming changes. On March 12th, Council will be looking at three separate pieces of work about secondary suites. Interactive Art Project in Tuscany!

Celebrate Tuscany, Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak and the LRT station that connects us FIELD STATION is a series of arts-based community events that comprise the Tuscany LRT Station Community Cultural Development Public Art Project. Both educational and creative, Field Station includes individual and collective opportunities to celebrate the local community and explore the final destination point on the Red Line and its surrounding neighbourhoods. In August and September 2017, Calgary residents and transit riders are invited to explore the Tuscany, Rocky Ridge, and Royal Oak neighbourhoods through a series of artist-led excursions. The project team will guide participants in a range of hands-on activities, such as drawing, printmaking, and collage, at a variety of sites to draw residents and transit riders outside of their typical patterns of travel.
